Enabling Forward all site calls

About this task

Enable Forward all site calls (FASC) to forward all incoming calls directed to a specific site to a phone number, a recorded message, or a voicemail.

Before you begin

Ensure that the server administrator has configured FASC on your phone.

Procedure

  1. Press Main menu.
  2. Scroll to Features and press one of the following:

    • Select

    • OK

    • The corresponding line key

  3. Scroll to Forward all site calls and press one of the following:

    • Select

    • OK

    • The corresponding line key

    The green LED turns on, indicating that FASC is active.
