Adding hunt group and skill

About this task

You can create hunt groups in Admin Portal to route multiple calls to a single telephone number. You can also select the call auto-distribution method to route calls. Each call to the number is connected to the next available extension within the hunt group. A hunt group is useful when you expect several calls to a particular telephone number.

Procedure

  1. From Admin Portal, go to Resources > Hunt Group/Skill.
  2. On the Hunt Group/Skill page, click Add.

    Admin Portal displays the Add Hunt Group/Skill dialog box.

  3. Enter the required details.
  4. Click Submit.
