Editing a pickup group

Procedure

  1. From Admin Portal, go to Resources > Pickup Group.

    Admin Portal displays the list of existing pickup groups.

  2. (Optional) From the Server list, select the required Communication Manager to filter the list.
  3. Find the pickup group to edit and click the Edit icon.
  4. In the Edit Pickup Group page, update the required field values.
  5. Click Submit.
