Adding a remote call coverage

Procedure

  1. From Admin Portal, go to Resources > Remote Call Coverage.
  2. On the Remote Call Coverage page, click Add.

    Admin Portal displays the Add Remote Call Coverage dialog box.

  3. From the CM list, select the required Communication Manager.
  4. In the Group field, select the remote coverage number.
  5. From the Location list, select the required location.
  6. From the Org Unit list, select the required organizational unit.
  7. From the Public Resource list, select the required option.

    Indicates that the resource is public. The following are the options:

    • Yes

    • No

    By default, the value is set to No.

  8. In the Index field, enter the remote coverage point.
  9. In the Extension field, enter up to sixteen alphanumeric characters.
  10. Click Submit.
