Updating station details in bulk

Before you begin

Download the bulk update sample and headers files and fill in the details.

For information about the supported keys that can be set in the bulk update .csv file, see Avaya Admin Portal Web Services API.

From Admin Portal, go to Resources > Station.
On the Station page, click Bulk Update.
On the Bulk Update: Station page, do one of the following:
- To update the Communication Manager station, in the Target System, click CM Station.
- To update the System Manager user, in Target System, click SMGR User.
Click Choose File, find the worksheet to import, and then click Open.
Optional Modify Bulk Request Name.
Optional Select the Schedule check box to set the execution date to a later date.
Click Next.
Review the valid and invalid entries.
Click Submit.
