Adding a supervisor

Procedure

  1. From Admin Portal, go to Resources > Supervisor.
  2. On the Supervisor page, click Add.

    Admin Portal displays the Add Supervisor dialog box.

  3. From the CMS server list, select the required CMS server.
  4. In the ACD Number field, type the ACD number for the supervisor.
  5. From the Location list, select the required location.
  6. From the Org Unit list, select the required organizational unit.
  7. From the Public Resource list, select the required option.

    Indicates that the resource is public. The following are the options:

    • Yes

    • No

    By default, the value is set to No.

  8. From the Template list, select the required CMS template.
  9. In the Login Name field, type the login name for the supervisor.
  10. In the Full Name field, type the name of the supervisor.
  11. In the User ID field, type the user ID of the supervisor.
  12. Click Submit.
