Download the bulk update sample file and fill in the details.

Procedure
From Admin Portal, go to Resources > Verint Extension Recording.
On the Verint Extension Recording page, click Bulk Update.
On the Bulk Update: Verint Extension Recording page, in the Select File field, click Choose File to locate and select the Verint extension recording bulk update worksheet from your computer.
Optional Modify Bulk Request Name.
Optional Select the Schedule check box to set the execution date to a later date.
Click Next.
On the Review page, review the valid and invalid entries.
