Updating the Verint user settings

About this task

You can configure the Verint user setting, such as a first and last name of the Verint user from Admin Portal.

Procedure

  1. From Admin Portal, go to Resources > Verint User.

    Admin Portal displays the list of existing Verint users.

  2. From the Server list, select the required Verint server to filter the list.
  3. Find the Verint user to update and click the Edit icon.

    Admin Portal displays the Edit Verint User dialog box.

  4. From the Action list, select Update Verint User.
  5. Update the required details.
  6. Click Submit.
