Updating agent login ID in bulk

Before you begin

Fill in the details, such as Communication Manager name, agent ID, name, and COR value assigned to the agent. Save the spreadsheet file on your computer in .csv format.

Ensure you download the sample template from the Bulk Update: Agent page.

Procedure

  1. From Admin Portal, go to Resources > Agent Login ID.
  2. On the Agent Login ID page, click Bulk Update.
  3. Click Choose File and find the spreadsheet to import, and then click Open.
  4. Optional Modify Bulk Request Name.
  5. Optional Select the Schedule check box to set the date to a later date.
  6. Click Next.
  7. Review the valid and invalid entries.
  8. Click Submit.
