Retrieving list trace detail from Communication Manager

About this task

The list trace page automatically refreshes results periodically and displays information from Communication Manager.

Do the following steps to view the latest trace details on demand from Communication Manager.

Procedure

  1. From Admin Portal, go to System Monitoring > List Trace.
  2. From the CM list, select the required Communication Manager server.
  3. From the Command drop-down, select List Trace <object>.

    For example, you can select List Trace Vector.

    Admin Portal displays the required field to type the extension or vector details for the selected object.

  4. In the text box, type the required extension or vector details.
  5. Click Submit.

    Admin Portal displays the Trace Data details for the selected command on the List Trace Result page.

  6. Click Refresh Now.
  7. Optional Click Export.

    Admin Portal downloads the details of the trace data in the .csv format on your computer.

Result

Admin Portal displays the latest list trace information from Communication Manager.
