Editing a scheduled workflow

About this task

You can change the date of a scheduled provisioning, de-provisioning, update agent settings, update phone details, update voicemail information, or update the System Manager user workflow.

Procedure

  1. From Admin Portal, go to Users > Scheduled Workflows.
  2. From the Purpose list, select the purpose.

    Admin Portal lists the scheduled workflows.

  3. Find the workflow to edit and click the Edit icon.
  4. In the Execution Date field, select a date.
  5. Click Update.
