Resetting the AD user password

About this task

Note:

By default, the Reset AD Password button is disabled. To enable the Reset AD Password button, contact Avaya.

Procedure

  1. From Admin Portal, go to Users > Manage.
  2. Find the existing user resource to reset the AD password and click the Manage User Resources icon.

    Admin Portal displays the Manage User Resources page.

  3. Click Reset AD Password.

    Admin Portal displays the Reset AD Password: <User ID> page.

  4. In New Password, type a new password for the user.
  5. In Confirm Password, retype the new password.
  6. Click Submit.

    Admin Portal resets the password for the user.
