Sorting a list

About this task

You can sort a list of records according to a specific column. For example, you can sort the Supervisor list with the User ID column in ascending or descending order.

Procedure

  1. From System Admin, click the column header of a list.

    A icon next to the column header indicates that the list is sorted in ascending order.

  2. Click the column header again.

    A icon indicates that the list is sorted in descending order.
