Adding a media gateway group map

About this task

You can add the media gateways administered on Communication Manager to get the ports for the Analog and Digital phone types.

Procedure

  1. From System Admin, go to Group Management > Group Media Gateway Map.
  2. On the Group Media Gateway Map page, click Add.

    System Admin displays the Add dialog box.

  3. From the Location-OrgUnit list, select the location and organization unit.
  4. In the Media Gateway Start field, type the media gateway start number.

    For example, if there are 1-10 media gateways, then the Media Gateway Start number will be 1 and the Media Gateway End number will be 10.

  5. In the Media Gateway End field, type the media gateway end number.
  6. Click Add.
