Use this task to add a group range map for groups that you add in System Admin. You can select a range and enter a country code, an area code, a location prefix, and the trim digits for the group.
Procedure
From System Admin, go to Group Management > Group Range Map.
On the Group Range Map page, click Add.
System Admin displays the Add dialog box.
From the Location-Org Unit list, select the required location and organization unit group.
From the Range list, select the required range type on a Communication Manager instance.
In the Country Code field, enter the required country code.
In the Area Code field, enter the required area code.
In the Prefix field, enter the prefix to add to the digits that a user in the group dials.
In the Trim Digits field, enter the required trim digits.
