You can import a list of group template maps to existing group template maps.
Before you begin
Fill in the details, such as location and organization unit group, agent template, CMS template, SM template, IXM template, voicemail coverage path, no voicemail coverage path, AD security group collection, and AXP user profile for each group. Save the spreadsheet file on your computer in .csv format.
Procedure
From System Admin, go to Group Management > Group Template Map.
On the Group Template Map page, click Import.
Click Choose File, find the spreadsheet to import, and click Open.
