Importing System Manager Communication Manager template

About this task

You can import a list of System Manager Communication Manager templates to an existing System Manager Communication Manager template list.

Before you begin

Fill in the details such as System Manager, Communication Manager template name, and set type for each template. Save the spreadsheet file on your computer in .csv format.

Procedure

  1. From System Admin, go to Templates > SMGR CM.

    System Admin displays the list of existing System Manager Communication Manager templates.

  2. Click Import.
  3. Click Choose File, browse the spreadsheet file on your computer, and click Open.
  4. Optional Modify Bulk Request Name.
  5. Click Next.

    System Admin displays the status of the files uploaded.

  6. Click Submit.
