Exporting data from Call Management System template

About this task

You can export data such as name, key, and value from the list of existing Call Management System templates in .csv format.

Procedure

  1. From System Admin, go to Templates > CMS.

    System Admin displays the list of existing Call Management System templates.

  2. Click Export Data.

    System Admin downloads the file with details such as name, key, and value from the list of Call Management System template files to your computer.
