Admin Portal or Selfcare Portal opens but displays an error message

Condition

When you log in to Admin Portal or Selfcare Portal and the application opens but displays a user is not authorized message, do the following:

Admin Portal solution

Procedure

Open a ticket to Avaya to add the admin user to the authorized list.

Selfcare Portal solution

Procedure

A user is not provisioned in resources. Check with the internal administrator.
