Changing voicemail password or configuration

Solution 1

Procedure

  1. From Admin Portal, go to Resources > Voicemail > Edit.
  2. From the Action list, select Voicemail Password.
  3. Enter a password in the New Password and the Confirm Password fields.
  4. Click Submit.

Use Selfcare Portal to reset the voicemail password.
