Unable to add or change a DID

Condition

When you provision a user and you did not select the DID check box, do the following:

Procedure

  1. From Admin Portal, go to Resources > Station.

    Admin Portal displays the list of existing stations.

  2. Find the station to update and click the Edit icon.
  3. From the Action list, select Public Unknown Number.
  4. In the Number field, add or change the number.
  5. Click Submit.
