Searching transaction logs

About this task

You can use one or more field values in the search dialog box to search transaction logs.

Procedure

  1. From Admin Portal, go to Logs > Transaction Log.

    Admin Portal displays the list of transaction logs.

  2. Click Search.

    Admin Portal displays the Search dialog box.

  3. In the Timestamp field, select the required date range and time range, and click Apply.
  4. In the Workflow ID field, type the workflow ID number.
  5. From the Status list, select the required log status.
  6. From the Operation Type list, select the required type of operation.
  7. In the Target System field, type the target application name.
  8. In the Identifier field, type the identifier response number.
  9. In the Message field, type the transaction message that Admin Portal displays when you perform a transaction. For example, Updated Agent 112233.
  10. In the Source field, type Admin Portal.
  11. Click Search.

Result

Admin Portal displays the results matching your search criteria.
