Editing a coverage answer group

Procedure

  1. From Admin Portal, go to Resources > Coverage Answer Group.

    Admin Portal displays the list of existing coverage answer groups.

  2. (Optional) From the Server list, select the required Communication Manager to filter the list.
  3. Find the coverage answer group to edit and click the Edit icon.
  4. In the Edit Coverage Answer Group page, update the required field values.
  5. Click Submit.
