The coverage path number on Communication Manager.

Location

The location associated with the coverage path.

Org Unit

The organization unit associated with the coverage path.

Public Resource

Indicates that the resource is public. The following are the options:

  • Yes

  • No

Template

Select the template configured for a coverage path.

Next Path

Enter the number of the next coverage path in a coverage path chain.

Description

The coverage path description on Communication Manager.

Active?

Select the active coverage criteria for a coverage path.

Busy?

Select the busy coverage criteria for a coverage path.

Don't Answer?

Select the don’t answer coverage criteria for a coverage path.

Number of Rings

Enter a specified number of rings at this coverage point, after which Admin Portal redirects the call to the next point in the coverage path.

Holiday Coverage?

Select the holiday coverage criteria to redirect all calls during a holiday to a coverage path.

If you select Yes, Admin Portal displays the Holiday Table field.

Holiday Table

The holiday table number.

Logged Off?

Select the logged-off coverage criteria for a coverage path.

DND/SAC?

Select the Do Not Disturb (DND) / Send All Calls (SAC) coverage criteria for a coverage path.

Points (1-6)

Select the alternate destinations that comprise a coverage path.

Number of Rings

Enter a specified number of rings at this coverage point, after which Admin Portal redirects the call to the next point in the coverage path.
