Editing a music on hold entry

About this task

Use this task to edit the parameters for a music on hold entry. You can change the type, source type, announcement, and description fields.

Procedure

  1. From Admin Portal, go to Resources > Music On Hold.

    Admin Portal displays the list of music on hold entries.

  2. Optional From the Server list, select the required Communication Manager to filter the list.
  3. Find the music on hold entry to edit and click Edit.
  4. Edit the appropriate field values.
  5. Click Submit.
