Viewing status of a station

About this task

You can view the general status and ACD status details of a station.

Procedure

  1. From Admin Portal, go to Resources > Station.
  2. On the Station page, find the station details to view and click the icon.

    Admin Portal displays General Status and ACD Status in the Status of Station dialog box.

  3. Click Close.
