Updating supervisor VDN

About this task

You can configure the Vector Directory Numbers (VDN) of a supervisor from Admin Portal.

Procedure

  1. From Admin Portal, go to Resources > Supervisor.

    Admin Portal displays the list of existing supervisors.

  2. Optional From the Server list, select the required CMS server to filter the list.
  3. Find the supervisor to update and click the Edit icon.
  4. From the Action list, select CMS Supervisor VDN.
  5. Click Add.
  6. In the VDN field, type a VDN.
  7. Select the required value from Read, Write, and Exception.
  8. Optional To add more VDNs, click the Add icon.
  9. Optional To edit an existing VDN, click the Edit icon, make the necessary changes, and click Submit.
  10. Optional To remove an existing VDN, click the Delete icon.
  11. Click Submit.
