Updating supervisor skills

About this task

You can add multiple skills for a supervisor from Admin Portal.

Procedure

  1. From Admin Portal, go to Resources > Supervisor.

    Admin Portal displays the list of existing supervisors.

  2. Optional From the Server list, select the required CMS server to filter the list.
  3. Find the supervisor to update and click the Edit icon.
  4. From the Action list, select CMS Supervisor Skill.
  5. Click Add.
  6. In the Skill field, type a skill number.
  7. Select the required value from Read, Write, and Exception.
  8. Optional To add more skills, click the Add icon.
  9. Optional To edit an existing skill, click the Edit icon, make the necessary changes, and click Submit.
  10. Optional To remove an existing skill, click the Delete icon.
  11. Click Submit.
