Downloading the voicemail header file worksheet

Procedure

  1. From Admin Portal, go to Resources > Voicemail.
  2. On the Voicemail page, click Bulk Update.
  3. On the Bulk Update: Voicemail page, click Download File Headers.

    Admin Portal downloads the header file on your local computer.
