Stopping the list trace command processing

About this task

Admin Portal continues to run the list trace command in the background even after closing the browser.

Do the following steps to manually stop running the list trace command.

Procedure

  1. From Admin Portal, go to System Monitoring > List Trace.
  2. From the CM list, select the required Communication Manager server.
  3. From the Command drop-down, select List Trace <object>.

    For example, you can select List Trace Vector.

    Admin Portal displays the required field to type the extension or vector details for the selected object.

  4. In the text box, type the required extension or vector details.
  5. Click Submit.

    Admin Portal displays the Trace Data details for the selected command on the List Trace Result page.

  6. Click Stop Processing.

    Admin Portal displays a Confirmation message pop-up window.

  7. Click Yes.

    Admin Portal stops running the list trace command.
