Adding multiple voicemails to a user

About this task

You can add multiple voicemails to a user in one of the following ways:

  • Using the Add More Stations feature:

    When you add multiple stations, you can add a voicemail associated with each station.

  • Using the Manage User Bundle feature:

    If you add a station without a voicemail and you want to add a voicemail later, then you can add a voicemail to a station using this feature.

Procedure

  1. From Admin Portal, go to Users > Manage.

    Admin Portal displays the list of existing users.

  2. Find the user to edit and click the Manage User Resources icon.
  3. On the Manage User Resources page, do one of the following:
    1. Click Add More Stations.
      1. On the Add Station dialog box, enter the required details of the station.

      2. Click the Voicemail check box and select the required Template.

    2. Click Manage User Bundle.
      1. On the Manage User Bundle dialog box, click the Voicemail check box.

      2. Select the required Mailbox Number and Template.

  4. Click Submit.
  5. On the Manage User Resources page, click Close.
