Adding a new Call Management System template

About this task

Add a new template and key and value pairs to the add table.

Procedure

  1. From System Admin, go to Templates > CMS.
  2. Click Add.

    System Admin displays the Add dialog box.

  3. In the Name field, type the name of the template.
  4. Add or edit the required Key and Value pairs.
  5. Click Add.
