Copying an existing Verint template

About this task

You can copy an existing template and customize it.

Procedure

  1. From System Admin, go to Template > Verint.

    System Admin displays the Verint page.

  2. Find a template to copy and click the Copy Template icon.

    System Admin displays the Copy Template dialog box.

  3. In the Name field, type the name of the new template.
  4. Click Copy.
  5. In the newly added template, click the Edit icon to change the required Key and Value pairs.
