Copying an existing voicemail template

About this task

Perform the steps in this procedure to copy an existing template and customize the template.

Procedure

  1. From System Admin, go to Templates > Voicemail.
  2. Find the template to copy and click the Copy icon.

    System Admin displays the Copy Template dialog box.

  3. In the Name field, type the name of the new template.
  4. Click Copy.
  5. In the newly added template, click the Edit icon to change the required Key and Value pairs.
