Importing data to voicemail template

About this task

You can import a list of voicemail template data to an existing voicemail template list.

Before you begin

Fill in the name, key, and value details for each template. Save the spreadsheet file on your computer in .csv format.

Procedure

  1. From System Admin, go to Templates > Voicemail.

    System Admin displays the list of existing voicemail templates.

  2. Click Import Data.
  3. Click Choose File, browse the spreadsheet file on your computer, and click Open.
  4. Optional Modify Bulk Request Name.
  5. Click Next.

    System Admin displays the status of the files uploaded.

  6. Click Submit.
