Editing phone settings or phone template

If your phone has the wrong template or wrong settings, do the following to change the phone template and settings:

Procedure

  1. From Admin Portal, go to Resources > Station > Edit.
  2. From the Action list, select Phone Settings or Phone Template.
    • If it is a wrong phone setting, update the required setting.

    • If it is a wrong phone template, change the required template.

  3. Click Submit.
