Assigning Avaya Spaces users to an Avaya Aura Web Gateway system

About this task

From the Avaya Spaces Admin Area, you must assign users to an Avaya Aura® Web Gateway system to make audio calls with Avaya Cloud Calling.

Before you begin

  • Complete the Avaya Aura® Web Gateway configuration.

  • Add the Avaya Aura® Web Gateway system to Avaya Spaces.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the Avaya Spaces Admin Area.
  2. In the left navigation pane, click Settings of your company.
  3. In the Avaya Spaces Calling section, click Assign Users to Aura Systems.
  4. Select users who require the ability to make calls using Avaya Cloud Calling.
  5. In Available Aura Systems, select the Avaya Aura® Web Gateway system you integrated with Avaya Spaces Calling.
  6. Click Assign.
  7. For each user that you selected in step 6, click opt-in.

    The opt-in option is only available if the user's Feature Enablement Status is Enabled.
