The following checklist outlines the high-level tasks to perform in your deployment to make audio calls in Avaya Spaces using Avaya Cloud Calling.

Configure Avaya Aura® and other server required for enabling Avaya Cloud Calling on Avaya Aura® Web Gateway.

On Avaya Aura® Device Services, publish the COMM_ADDR_HANDLE_TYPE and COMM_ADDR_HANDLE_LENGTH parameters.

Configure Avaya Aura® Web Gateway and other servers.

Do the following:

  • Perform the tasks listed in the Configuration worksheet and the procedures listed in Chapter System Manager, Avaya Aura® Device Services, and Avaya Meetings Server configurations in Deploying the Avaya Aura® Web Gateway.

  • Configure the Avaya Aura® Device Services host to obtain user data as described in Configuring the Avaya Aura Device Services host to obtain user data.

Configure Avaya Spaces Calling settings on Avaya Aura® Web Gateway.

Configure Avaya Spaces Calling settings on Avaya Spaces.

Provide Avaya Aura® Web Gateway registration data to Avaya Spaces as described in Configuring Avaya Cloud Calling settings on Avaya Spaces.

Enable integration between Avaya Aura® Web Gateway and Avaya Spaces Calling.

Register Avaya Spaces users on Avaya Aura® Web Gateway.

Register Avaya Spaces users on Avaya Aura® Web Gateway and enable Avaya Cloud Calling functionality for these users as described in Assigning Avaya Spaces users to an Avaya Aura Web Gateway system.
