Ensure that you have deployed each of the servers that are required for WebRTC calls.

In addition to Avaya Aura® Web Gateway, you must install and configure the following servers:

• Avaya Aura® System Manager

• Avaya Aura® Session Manager

• Avaya Aura® Communication Manager

• Avaya Aura® Device Services

• Avaya Aura® Media Server

• LDAP directory source, such as Active Directory or other support LDAP servers.

On Avaya Aura® Device Services, publish the COMM_ADDR_HANDLE_TYPE and COMM_ADDR_HANDLE_LENGTH parameters.

For more information about the parameters, see the Avaya Aura® Device Services specific parameters section in Administering Avaya Aura® Device Services.

Configure Avaya Aura® Web Gateway and other servers.

Do the following:

• Perform the tasks listed in the Configuration worksheet and the procedures listed in Chapter System Manager, Avaya Aura® Device Services, Avaya Aura® Media Server, and Avaya Meetings Server configurations in Deploying the Avaya Aura® Web Gateway.

• Configure the Avaya Aura® Device Services host to obtain user data as described in Configuring the Avaya Aura Device Services host to obtain user data.

• Configure the Avaya Aura® Web Gateway location settings as described in Managing Avaya Aura Web Gateway locations and Managing Avaya Aura Media Server location and priority settings for the Avaya Aura Web Gateway.

• If the Web clients are located under a different domain than that used by Avaya Aura® Web Gateway, configure resource sharing as described in Configuring resource sharing.

• Configure Single Sign-On (SSO) for Avaya Spaces as described in Configuring SSO for an Avaya Spaces Calling browser extension.

Synchronize users from LDAP directories and Avaya Aura® to Avaya Spaces. To use the click-to-call functionality, you must also synchronize work phone numbers.

You can use one of the following options:

• On Avaya Aura® Device Services, synchronize Avaya Spaces and Avaya Aura®. For more information about the synchronization process, see Chapter Avaya Spaces integration and the Configuring data synchronization between Avaya Aura® Device Services and Avaya Spaces procedure in Administering Avaya Aura® Device Services.

• Import phone numbers of enterprise users to Avaya Spaces in .csv files.

• Ask end-users to enter their work phone numbers to their Avaya Spaces user profiles directly.

If you have clients outside your enterprise firewall, configure Avaya Session Border Controller.
