To enable the Avaya Cloud Calling option for Avaya Spaces calling, add the Avaya Aura® Web Gateway system to the Avaya Spaces Admin Area.

Before you begin
Configure integration settings on Avaya Aura® Web Gateway and obtain the authorization data in JSON format.
Procedure
Log in to the Avaya Spaces Admin Area.
In the left navigation pane, click Settings for your company.
In the Avaya Spaces Calling area, select the Avaya Cloud Calling check box.
Click Add new Aura System.
Avaya Spaces displays the Add / Edit an Aura system window.
In the text box, enter the authorization data that you obtained from Avaya Aura® Web Gateway.
Ensure that the authorization data you enter is a valid JSON string.
Optional To automatically assign users to this Avaya Aura® Web Gateway system, select the Auto assign all unassigned users to this Aura system check box.
Users that are not already assigned to another Avaya Aura® system are assigned to this system. You must opt in users before they can make calls with Avaya Cloud Calling.
Click Save.
