Disabling integration between Avaya Aura Web Gateway and Avaya Spaces Calling

About this task

Use this procedure to disable integration between Avaya Aura® Web Gateway and Avaya Spaces Calling. When integration is disabled, the Avaya Cloud Calling option is unavailable for Avaya Spaces users. After you remove your Avaya Aura® Web Gateway system from Avaya Spaces, Avaya Spaces automatically unassigns all users assigned to that Avaya Aura® Web Gateway system and also opts out these users.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the Avaya Spaces Admin Area.
  2. In the left navigation pane, click Settings for your company.
  3. In the Avaya Spaces Calling section, click Delete next to the Avaya Aura® Web Gateway system that you want to disable.
  4. Log in to the Avaya Aura® Web Gateway administration portal.
  5. Navigate to Spaces Configuration > Spaces Calling.
  6. Clear the Enable Spaces Calling Gateway Cluster check box.
