Enabling integration between Avaya Aura Web Gateway and Avaya Spaces Calling

About this task

After configuring integration settings in the Avaya Spaces Admin Area, enable integration on the Avaya Aura® Web Gateway administration portal.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the Avaya Aura® Web Gateway administration portal as an administrator.
  2. Navigate to Spaces Configuration > Spaces Calling.
  3. Select the Enable Spaces Calling Gateway Cluster check box.
  4. Click Save.
  5. In the Spaces Calling Gateway Connection Status area, ensure that the connection status for Avaya Spaces Calling Gateway is Connected.
  6. Optional If the connection status is Not Connected, click Repair Connection.
  7. Log in to the Avaya Spaces Admin Area.
  8. In the left navigation pane, click Settings of your company.
  9. In the Avaya Spaces Calling area, ensure that the connection status for your Avaya Aura® Web Gateway server is Connected.
  10. Optional To view detailed information about the connection, click Detailed status.
