Last Updated : Jun 10, 2026 |

About this task

This procedure provides the high-level steps for migrating Avaya Aura® Web Gateway to Release 10.2.x. These migration steps apply to OVA-based and software-only deployment types.

This procedure describes cluster deployments. If you have a standalone Avaya Aura® Web Gateway deployment, ignore the references to other cluster nodes.

Important:
  • You must use the original host name and IP address from the currently installed cluster when deploying OVAs.

  • You cannot roll back when performing the procedures.
