Migration limitations

The migration process has the following limitations:

  • If FIPS is enabled on your Release 3.11 system, you must enable FIPS when migrating to Release 10.2.x. You cannot use backups from a FIPS system to deploy a non-FIPS system.

  • If additional STIG hardening is enabled on your Release 3.11 system, you must enable additional STIG hardening when migrating to Release 10.2.x. You cannot use backups from a system where additional STIGs are enabled to deploy a system where additional STIGs are disabled.
