Adding Avaya Session Border Controller to the Avaya Aura Web Gateway

Procedure

  1. Log in to the Avaya Aura® Web Gateway web administration portal.
  2. Click Add to add a new Avaya SBC or click Edit to update the information for the existing Avaya SBC connection.
  3. In SIP Address, type the FQDN or IP address of the internal A1 interface of the Avaya SBC that is used for SIP signaling to interact with Avaya Aura® Web Gateway.

  4. In IP Port, enter 5061.
  5. In SIP Protocol, select TLS.
  6. In HTTP Address, type the internal Avaya SBC FQDN specified for the load monitoring entry.

    For example: asbce_management.company.com.

  7. In HTTP Port, enter 443.
  8. In HTTP Protocol, select https.
  9. In Location, specify the location of the Avaya SBC server.
  10. Click Save.
