Use this option to enable or disable AVAYA remote access to your system. If you select 1, you enable EASG User Access, and AVAYA support engineers can log in to your system and help to resolve issues. For EASG User Access, you must also register Avaya Aura® Web Gateway and configure remote connectivity and alarming. For more information about EASG User Access, see the Avaya support site. If you select 2, you disable EASG User Access, and AVAYA support engineers cannot log in to your system. |
