Flipping a call to another device

About this task

The Call Flip feature enables you to forward an ongoing call to any device registered under your name. For example, you can send a call from your mobile phone to your deskphone and continue the call.

Procedure

  1. During a phone call, on the dial pad, tap More > Flip.
  2. From the list, select the device to flip the call.

    Avaya Cloud Office Mobile App puts the call on hold, and the selected device starts ringing.

  3. On your mobile device, tap the End call icon, and leave the call.
  4. Pick up the call on the selected device.
