Putting calls on hold

About this task

You can put a call on hold to temporarily pause your conversation and resume your call later.

Procedure

  1. During a phone call, on the dial pad, tap the Call on hold icon.

    Avaya Cloud Office Mobile App places your call on hold.

  2. Optional To resume your call, tap the Call unhold icon.

    Avaya Cloud Office Mobile App resumes your call.
