Starting a conference call

Before you begin

Use an existing group conversation to initiate a conference call.

Before you begin

Ensure that you created a group conversation.

Procedure

  1. Tap the Message tab.
  2. On the Direct subtab, tap a group conversation.
  3. At the top of the group conversation page, tap the group conversation name in the banner.
    Tip:

    By default, Avaya Cloud Office Mobile App names group conversations after the participants in that conversation.

  4. Tap Conference.
  5. In the Start conference window, tap Start.

Result

Avaya Cloud Office Mobile App initiates the conference call.
