Mark a group conversation as a favorite for quick access from the Favorites subtab. Conversations you add to Favorites are always visible, whereas other subtabs display recent conversations.
Procedure
Tap the Message tab.
Tap and hold the group conversation.
In the context menu, tap Add to favorites.
Avaya Cloud Office Mobile App adds the group conversation to the Favorites subtab.
Optional To remove a group conversation from Favorites, tap and hold the conversation and select Remove from favorites from the context menu.
